How long will my first appointment take?
Your first visit which includes time for a consultation and a treatments will cost $125. After that a standard Acupuncture session costs $75 and lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Most patients prefer to purchase a package of 5 sessions and receive the 6th treatment FREE.
Not usually. However, upon receipt of payment by you, I will give you the proper receipts for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement to you.
Do Medical Expense Accounts and Alternative Medical Reimbursement Plans reimburse for acupuncture?
Yes, they do.
How often will I need treatments?
Frequency of treatment varies with each individual. Most paitents begin with a 2 treatment per week program. Some require daily treatments depending on the amount of pain and discomfort you have. As you start to feel better, we extend the time between treatments. Eventually we find the freqency for maintenance care which can range between weekly treatments to 4 times a year.
